Business need

What the business needed.

A made-to-order print business needs to manage online and manual orders alongside production inputs, courier cash and actual costs. Product designs are a catalogue, while the stock that matters operationally is raw material.

Our approach

Built around the actual work.

We built Artxpress Hub around the production model, with selective WooCommerce order import, manual orders, fulfilment queues, COD tracking and finance views. Raw materials and configurable production costs support the way the business manufactures products after ordering.

Team workflow

A clear path from start to finish.

  1. 01Import selected WooCommerce orders or enter a manual order
  2. 02Confirm product options, pricing and production costs
  3. 03Track fulfilment and courier details
  4. 04Reconcile COD and save order-profit records
  5. 05Review reports and delivered-order follow-up

What we built

Features with a practical purpose.

Selective WooCommerce order syncPreview and import the orders required for operations.
Manual and B2B ordersRecord WhatsApp, walk-in and partner jobs alongside online work.
Fulfilment and COD queuesMake active work and uncollected courier cash visible to staff.
Raw-material inventoryTrack production inputs rather than pretending every design is finished stock.
Order-wise cost and profit recordsAccount for saved product, delivery and additional order costs, with readiness checks where costs are incomplete.
Finance, reports and review follow-upSupport operational review and neutral customer follow-up after delivery.

Why it matters

Useful for the business. Clear for its customers.

For the business

A shared operations hub puts online and manual orders, COD exposure, material needs and recorded costs in one working system.

For the customer

The team can track order options, fulfilment and courier details together when answering customer questions.
