Privacy notice.
How information submitted through this website is collected, used, protected and retained.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by ScopeMotive. Use the contact details below for privacy questions or requests.
2. Information we collect
When you send a project enquiry or request a website review, we collect the details you choose to provide. These may include your name, business, email address, telephone number, website address, preferred timing and project requirements.
3. How we use information
We use enquiry information to reply to you, assess a potential project, prepare a proposal, provide requested services, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell enquiry information or add it to unrelated marketing lists.
4. Legal grounds
We process enquiry information with your consent and where necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. We may also process limited information for legitimate interests such as service security, record keeping and preventing fraud.
5. Service providers
The website is hosted on the studio's virtual private server, with Cloudflare providing DNS and website protection once the domain is connected. Enquiry notifications use Brevo and the studio's email provider when delivery is configured. These providers process only the information needed to provide their services and operate under their own security and privacy obligations.
6. Cookies and analytics
The launch version does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Essential infrastructure may process technical request data, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the website.
7. Retention and security
Enquiry contents are not stored by this website. After successful delivery, a hashed retry receipt is retained for up to 24 hours to prevent duplicate notifications. Temporary visitor identifiers are used to limit repeated requests. Enquiries delivered to the studio mailbox are normally retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is needed for an active client relationship, legal obligation or dispute. Reasonable access controls and service-provider safeguards are used to protect the information.
8. International processing
Cloud services may process information in more than one country. Where required, providers use recognised contractual and organisational safeguards for international transfers.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, or withdraw consent. Contact us to make a request. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
10. Contact
